This workshop explores boundaries, desire & connection through both verbal communication & felt experience.
we’ll practice tools for clear consent, while developing a deeper somatic awareness of what a genuine “yes,” “no,” & “maybe” feel like in the body.


learn how to navigate giving & receiving a “no” with care, explore power dynamics & biases that shape our intimacy, build confidence in communicating needs & limits, practice negotiation skills, identifying soft & hard limits,  get in touch with our own desires & explore conscious touch in a grounded, relational way.

Drawing on different tools & frameworks, This workshop offers practical, real-life tools to create more clarity, safety & pleasure in connections with others.

  • This is a queer-centered space for people of marginalized genders, including women, trans, and nonbinary folks.

  • CIS women and queer cis men are welcome

  • Wear something that helps you feel good, that can mean something that makes you feel confident, powerful, soft, comfy - or all of the above

  • Food for dinner / to share with the group

  • A notebook to take notes in

This space is held with care, intention, and playfulness.  Everything we offer is an invitation. You are always welcome to  witness, opt out, or rest in the chill space. Your "no" is always  welcome, as well as you f*ck yes!
