this 7 hour intensive workshop explores boundaries, desire & connection through both verbal communication & felt experience.
we’ll practice tools for clear consent while developing a deeper somatic awareness of what a genuine “yes,” “no,” & “maybe” feel like in the body.
learn how to navigate giving & receiving a “no” with care, explore power dynamics & biases that shape our intimacy, build confidence in communicating needs & limits, practice negotiation skills, identifying soft & hard limits, Get in touch with our own desires & explore conscious touch in a grounded, relational way.
Drawing on different tools & frameworks, This workshop offers practical, real-life tools to create more clarity, safety & pleasure in connections with others.

This is a queer-centered space for people of marginalized genders, including women, trans, and nonbinary folks.
CIS women and queer cis men are welcome
